At Bench Vendors, we strive to provide a seamless and valuable experience for our users. Our platform operates on a monthly subscription basis, designed to support recruitment professionals and bench sales recruiters in networking, posting jobs, and promoting bench candidates. Below is our detailed refund policy, which outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and subscription renewals.

1. Subscription Terms

  • Monthly Subscription: Bench Vendors offers a monthly subscription plan that gives users access to all platform features, including job postings, networking tools, and bench listings.
  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. The renewal ensures uninterrupted access to all services and features provided by Bench Vendors.
  • Payment Method: Subscription payments are charged to the payment method you provide during signup. You will receive an email notification confirming the renewal and payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Bench Vendors account.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings.
  3. Select Subscription and click Cancel Subscription.

Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the following month, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of your current subscription term.

3. Refund Eligibility

Since Bench Vendors operates on a month-to-month subscription basis, the following refund conditions apply:

  • No Refunds for Partial Months: We do not offer refunds for partially used months. Once a payment has been made for a given billing cycle, access to the platform will continue until the subscription period ends, and no refunds will be granted for the remainder of that month.
  • Free Trial (if applicable): If you are on a free trial period, no charges will be made unless the trial period ends, and you choose to continue with a paid subscription. Once the trial period ends and your subscription is active, the standard no-refund policy applies.

4. Refunds for Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged twice in error, please contact us immediately at Support page. We will investigate the issue, and if duplicate charges are confirmed, we will issue a refund for the erroneous payment with 5-7 Days.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

The following scenarios do not qualify for refunds:

  • Change of mind after subscription renewal.
  • Unused services during an active subscription period. Once the payment is processed for a given month, we cannot offer refunds if the services were not used or accessed.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal. If you fail to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, you will be charged for the next billing cycle, and no refund will be issued.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

Bench Vendors reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via email or through a notice on our platform. It is your responsibility to review the refund policy periodically to stay informed about any updates.
